This is a people’s campaign built on a simple belief: the people who live, work, organize, and raise their families here should have the power to shape what comes next. Together, we can build a 25th Ward where people can stay, thrive, and know they belong.
A Community for All. ONE 25.
My Platform
Politics should make a difference in people's lives.
It should mean a safer walk to school. A home you can afford to stay in. A summer job for your teenager. Clean air to breathe. A government that listens before it decides. A neighborhood where you can grow old without being priced out and where your children can imagine building a future.
Our platform starts with four questions: How do we keep people safe? How do we give people power? How do we make Chicago affordable and welcoming? And how do we protect future generations?
The answers require more than promises. They require action.

When politicians talk about public safety, the conversation usually begins and ends with policing. I think that's too small.
Public safety starts long before someone calls 911. It's the kid who has somewhere to go after school. It's the grandmother who can safely cross the street. It's the family that isn't worried about speeding traffic outside their home. It's the worker who can bike to work without wondering if today is the day they'll get hit by a car. It's the child who isn't breathing polluted air on the way to school.
Safety isn't just about responding to violence. It's about building neighborhoods where harm has fewer opportunities to happen in the first place.

Too often, government asks people what they think after the decisions have already been made.
That's backwards.
The people who live in a neighborhood should have the biggest voice in shaping its future. Not lobbyists. Not political insiders. Not whoever can write the biggest campaign check.
The people.

A city isn't successful if only wealthy people can afford to live here.
I've lived paycheck to paycheck for most of my life. I know what it's like to look at another fee, another tax, another bill, and wonder how you're supposed to make it work.
Working families should not have to fight just to stay in the neighborhoods they built.

Too many politicians plan only as far as the next election. Our children will live with the consequences long after the campaign signs come down.
Protecting future generations means strong public schools, real opportunities for young people, clean air and water, and neighborhoods prepared for flooding, extreme heat, and the challenges ahead. It means making decisions today that give all of us more stability, more opportunity, and more reasons to believe we have a future here.
The question should not be what helps us politically right now. It should be whether the choices we make today will leave the next generation with a stronger neighborhood than the one we inherited.
When we build neighborhoods where people are safe, where people have power, where families can afford to stay, and where we think about the next generation instead of the next election, we build more than better policy.
We build a city where everyone belongs.
That is what A Community for All means to me.
That is how we create ONE 25.
